System Information

The University has a modern information system dedicated to academic and administrative management.

This system will integrate several key modules:

  • A student records management system, including curriculum management, administrative and academic registration (including online), fee payment via electronic wallets, LMD-compliant grade and transcript management, exam and timetable organization, diploma issuance, internship management, and a personalized student portal.
  • An ERP for administrative and financial management, covering human resources, the registry office and equipment inventory, complemented by an Electronic Document Management (EDM) module to optimize document processing.
How do I set up my password on the student portal?

The university assigns you an initial password. On your first login, you must change it from the Profile page, Security section > Change password.

Registration and Admissions

What documents are required to register?

You must provide: a certified copy of the Baccalaureate, academic transcripts, birth certificate, ID photos and certificate of nationality.

When is the registration period?

Registrations generally open in July and close in September of each academic year.

Can I register online?

At the moment, registrations are only done in person at the student affairs office on the UNDB campus.

Programs and Curricula

What programs are available at UNDB?

UNDB offers programs in 3 faculties and 1 institute: FST, FDEG, FSHS and ISB, covering more than 20 degree programs.

What degrees are awarded?

UNDB awards Bachelor’s degrees (Bac+3) and prepares for Master’s degrees (Bac+5) under the LMD system.

How can I find the class schedule?

Schedules are posted on campus boards and communicated at the beginning of each semester.

What services are available on campus?

The campus has a library, cafeteria, computer rooms and sports facilities.

Are there extracurricular activities?

Yes, the university encourages student clubs, cultural associations and sports activities.
